Passing the Victoria Police Fitness Test means passing several individual fitness components, including the Beep Test, Push Up Test, Grip Strength Test and others, including the Illinois Agility Test.
The Illinois Agility Test has proven to be a little more challenging than some Victoria Police applicants have given it credit for.
The most common request for personal training I have been receiving of late relates to applicants who have attempted the official Victoria Police Fitness Test but failed due to ‘issues’ with the Illinois Agility Test.
So, this weeks group fitness training session focussed fairly and squarely on some Illinois Agility Test tips and techniques to help reduce the time it takes to get your bum around the cones!
