Here’s Some More Information About This Training…
In this program Russell will take you through a step by step process to show you how all of the pieces of the ‘information puzzle’ come together.
You’ll gain a very clear picture of:
- what information is ‘nice to know’
- what information you must know
- and what is critical ‘make or break’ information
You need to know exactly why some applicants make it all the way through to the last step and fail their panel and why some get tripped up at the first interview! Russell will share heaps of highly relevant example questions and tell you exactly what NOT to say in your police applicant interviews.
As part of the course, you’ll also have access to regular update coaching videos from Russell where you’ll be able to take what you’ve learned from the course then take it to the next level!
“I’m going to teach you my formula so you know exactly how to present the selection panel members the right information the right way!” – Russell Kempster
By the end of the course, you’ll have a very specific formula (and our preparation matrix) so you can prepare all of the best life experiences you have to offer. You’ll know how to structure your answers to ensure you deliver those experiences in the best possible way in order to meet the panel’s criteria and make a very good impression at the same time.
Here’s An Overview Of The Selection Panel Interview Preparation Membership
Step 1: Complete the Training
Undertake the initial video course which will take around 2 to 3 hours to complete, but of course you can go at your own pace, completing each module’s work sheets along the way
Step 2: Complete the Preparation Matrix
After completing the online video course you’ll then need to get started on your preparation by completing our preparation matrix. This could take a few days or even a few weeks to fine tune
Step 3: Participate in the Community
Get involved in the members area, share your thoughts, leave comments and ask questions.
Russell has done all of the relevant research and combined it with his inside knowledge and experience as an academy instructor with Victoria Police (12 years service) in preparing this coaching course, but it’s the ongoing support where you really appreciate the value of this course (and Russell’s expertise) You’ll continue to have unlimited access to the course material and member’s area for as long as you remain a subscribed member.
You’ll be able to revisit the videos and practice questions, watch the updates videos and ask questions for as long as it takes while you patiently wait for your selection panel interview.
95+% of Our Members Completing This Training Are
Offered Academy Start Dates!
When we say ‘Success’, we don’t just mean they passed the panel interview (everyone has to do that), we mean our members have passed their panel interview and been offered a start date for both Police and PSO Recruit Training at the Victoria Police Academy, many of them with days of sitting their selection panel interview!
This is hands down the best possible way to prepare yourself for the Victoria Police panel interview…. period!
The Prime Motion course is comprehensive and the support your receive from Russell and the team is beyond excellent. The access to all relevant documentation (especially the documents explaining the code of ethics) are essential reading for your success.
But more importantly the guidance you will receive in interpreting these documents, and learning how to insert this knowledge into your answers is something that you cannot get by simply reading them alone. I cannot recommend this course highly enough.
Without this course I would not have been anywhere near prepared for my recent interview. Which by the way went excellently! I was not asked one question that I had not comprehensively prepared for thanks to Russ’s support.
The cost of this course is a pittance when you realise the comprehensive nature of this program and that it really does prepare you excellently for what could otherwise be a very stressful event.
Well done Russ, and the Prime Motion team. Thank you!

The process is more weighted toward the panel interview. Unfortunately you cannot attempt the panel interview again. If you are unsuccessful at your panel, you will be required to wait 12 months before submitting a new application. – RSB
Whilst some of the material is freely available if you know what to look for and how to interpret it, nothing can substitute Russell’s experience and passion for helping Victoria Police Applicants succeed. You simply can’t put a value on what Russell will teach you in this course, or the guidance, coaching and support you’ll receive.
This program will give you a specific formula as well as the tools you need to perform to your potential at your selection panel interview. You’ll take great confidence into the panel interview knowing that you are prepared the best you possible can be for the interview that will determine the outcome of your dream to become a police officer. You’ve come so far already. If this course could help you achieve your dream (and it can!), would it be worth a small investment?
